AI for Small Business Owners™

About Course

AI for Small Business Owners™: Practical AI Use, Safe Adoption and Everyday Business Workflows teaches owners, founders, managers, and small teams how to use AI across practical business activities without handing over business judgment or adopting tools without a clear purpose.

Learners begin with the owner's role: setting the business objective, approving tools and uses, protecting customer and employee information, maintaining human oversight, and measuring real value. The course then applies AI to administration, customer service, marketing, sales, operations, research, planning, and limited financial-administration support.

The second half converts experimentation into a controlled business system. Learners create a task inventory, business context cards, P.I.N.C.H. Business Prompt Briefs™, reusable playbooks, human-reviewed workflows, output validation, team roles, value measures, vendor checks, security controls, customer-trust rules, incident response, and a 30- and 90-day adoption roadmap.

This is not a course about purchasing every AI tool or automating every task. It teaches the owner how to decide where AI fits, where it does not fit, what information may be used, who reviews the work, how customers and employees are protected, and what evidence is required before expansion.

This course provides general educational and business guidance. It does not replace legal, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, accessibility, accounting, tax, financial, regulatory, safety, health, engineering, or other qualified professional advice.
