Business Inputs and AI Foundations

About Course

AI in a Pinch™: Business Inputs and AI Foundations: Build the Business Foundation AI Needs Before You Prompt.

The course teaches learners why useful AI work begins before the prompt. Learners establish a practical business task, understand what generative AI can and cannot do, apply the P.I.N.C.H. Method™—Practical Intelligence, Navigated with Clarity and Human Oversight—and use the original Four-Step Prompt Process™ of assessing, building, scoring, and testing or improving.

The learner develops a validated business foundation: business profile, operating model, market, stage, offerings, priorities, problem, meaningful differences, evidence, capabilities, constraints, sources, primary audience, audience needs, awareness, channel, and relationship context. The final deliverable is a versioned Business Foundation Brief™ that feeds AIP-02, AIP-03, and AIP-04.

This course provides general educational and business guidance. It does not replace legal, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, accessibility, accounting, tax, financial, regulatory, safety, health, engineering, or other qualified professional advice.
